Pair 3 of my rainbow of socks are complete. These are the violet ones I started last week. They are worked cuff down for once with a picot folded cuff and then an eyelet (flowerish) pattern down the leg and foot. I haven’t done a cuff down pair for a while but I liked how the heel came out so might have to think about doing more. Not on the next pair though, they’ll be toe up and are the indigo yarn. Will cast them on later today.
The yarn is Debonnaire High Twist Sock, 80/20 wool/nylon blend with 365m to 100g. The colour is deep violet and the pictures are actually fairly true to colour. The yarn was nice to work with, not at all scratchy an has good definition. I think it would work well for more intricate patterning.
Yarn: Debonnaire High Twist Sock in Deep Violet ~83g
Needles: 2.5mm KnitPro rosewood cubics
Notes: Only two ends to weave in as I tucked away the cuff ones in the folded hem.
